I was at the hotel. They did not let me check in, they said they dont have the booking. They denied my checkin. Please refund my amount immediately. The hotel staff was so untrained and creepy.

The staff did not allow checkin, said they cant find the booking at 10:30PM. It felt so unsafe as a female to be in the property or take a cab alone.

Really bad experience with breakfast . They did not have buffet breakfast if occupancy is less than 10 . Really disappointing.😡
